Rob is a serial entrepreneur and former Managing Director of FTSE 100 Rightmove Plc. Rob has led impact assessment projects in 10 countries including Kenya, Jordan, Indonesia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela.
Chris (CTO)
Chris holds a PhD in Machine Learning and has built artificial intelligence products and solutions in the property, insurance, and financial services markets. He is now focused on bringing these skills to the development sector with a particular interest in healthcare. He has recently built a 'world first' avatar in Chichewa for Jhpiego's HIV-focused project in Malawi.

Jonita (Project Director)
Jonita is a trained psychologist who has run qualitative and quantitative research across Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, and many parts of South America. Her responsibilities have involved both impact assessments, research/report writing, and establishing strategic partnerships.
Tom (Head of Software)
Tom has led software development projects on a number of large-scale projects at leading technology companies. He is an expert in building systems to deploy cutting-edge technology at scale.
Talía (Research Officer)
Talía holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Social Sciences. She has extensive experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research in Latin America and Europe.
